Morning light filtering through the windows gives a lovely feel to my flat, and it's wonderfully quiet inside. Maintenance staff are always quick to address any concerns I have, though sometimes the lift can be a bit slow during peak hours. Besant Nagar is nice and peaceful with minimal noise from nearby roads, making it easy to relax at home. Property values here seem to be on the rise too, which is encouraging for anyone looking to invest long term.

Commute from the gate to my office is manageable, though peak hours can get frustrating. Inside the flat, it's much more peaceful than outside noise would suggest, but that's not enough to offset some connectivity issues in the area.

Security at the gate is well managed, which gives us peace of mind. The construction quality of our flat has really impressed us, everything feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed. Water supply has been quite reliable here, which is a big plus for everyday life. The power backup works well too, it kicks in quickly during outages, so we don't face much disruption. Maintenance staff respond promptly to any issues, but sometimes they could communicate updates better regarding pending complaints.

Maintaining a clean corridor and common area seems to be a challenge here. With heavy foot traffic, it often looks neglected and doesn't give a welcoming feel. Access to the main road is decent, making it convenient for commuting, but the upkeep could use serious attention. Besant Nagar feels settled with good development around, there are shops and eateries nearby that we appreciate. Water and electricity supply have been reliable most of the time, which definitely helps in managing our daily routines without much hassle.

Excellent construction quality in Lancor Bagya really stands out, and the flat receives plenty of fresh air throughout the day. Just wish the balconies were a tad bigger for some additional outdoor space.
