Noticing how responsive the maintenance staff is has made a real difference for us, any issues we've had were addressed quickly and without fuss. The gym and pool are well maintained too, offering a nice way to unwind after work. If there's one thing I'd mention, it's that sometimes the gym can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Kumhrar has its perks, with good hospitals and clinics close by for any emergencies. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants around that serve delicious food, making it easy to grab something nice when we don't feel like cooking.

Walking into our home feels peaceful, especially after a long day at work. The proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting so much easier, yet inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet just what we need for relaxation. My only small complaint would be that sometimes I wish for more options in local grocery stores, but overall, this place has really met our needs well.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Strolling around Kumhrar, the abundance of shops and schools nearby truly stands out. Neighbours often come together for small gatherings, which adds a nice touch to community life. Having access to good schools and hospitals nearby has made life much easier for our family. Shops within walking distance mean we can quickly grab essentials without a hassle. Natural light is often sparse in this flat, making it feel a bit gloomy at times. Air circulation isn't the best either, which can be uncomfortable during warmer days and combined with a daily commute that feels longer than necessary due to traffic, it's not as convenient as I hoped. On the bright side, there are supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping easy. Property appreciation in this area has been steady over the years, so that's something to consider if you're looking for an investment.

Sunlight pours into every corner of our flat, making the mornings feel bright and cheerful. The construction quality really stands out, everything feels solid and well finished, which gives a sense of comfort in our daily lives. If there's one small drawback, it would be the occasional noise from nearby traffic during rush hours. Kumhrar has been a pleasant surprise too roads are surprisingly well maintained, making commutes much easier than expected. Plus, there's no shortage of great eateries around, we've discovered some fantastic local food joints that keep us coming back for more!
