Neighbors are friendly and there's a real sense of community here, which is nice. Unfortunately, the flat doesn't get much airflow and it can feel quite stuffy at times. It's disappointing because a little more ventilation would make a big difference. Phulnakhara has some decent parks for families to enjoy, which helps with taking the kids out on weekends. Property values in this area seem to be rising steadily, so that's something to keep an eye on if you're thinking about investments down the line.

Walking through the corridors of Krishna Manor always leaves me impressed with how well maintained they are. The gym and pool facilities have become a part of our daily routine, it's nice to unwind after a long day. If there's one thing I wish for, it would be more seating in the common areas, as they can feel crowded during weekends.

Loud traffic from the main road has been a constant issue, making it hard to enjoy any peace inside. The noise level really affects how relaxed we feel at home, especially during early mornings and late evenings when it's most hectic. While the flat itself seems decent in terms of space and layout, the outside commotion is tough to ignore. Phulnakhara feels quite developed with shops and schools nearby which is convenient for our family. The streets are relatively safe at night, so that's one less worry when we step out after dark.

Cracks appeared on the walls just a few months after moving in, and the overall finish isn't what I expected given the price we paid. While Krishna Manor had potential, it feels like some corners were cut during construction. For what we spent, better quality options are available nearby. Phulnakhara is quite peaceful and feels safe for evening walks, though the roads could use more attention they have some potholes that really need fixing. Still, having good grocery stores and schools around makes life here a bit easier despite these issues.

Water supply is consistent, which is a relief, and the power backup has been reliable during those frequent outages we used to face. It's nice to have friendly neighbours who look out for one another and share in community activities, though I wish the maintenance team was a bit quicker with responses sometimes. Phulnakhara has easy access to the metro and bus services, making commuting manageable. There are several good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly, adding to our sense of stability here.
