Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.

Walls are quite sturdy, and there's hardly any noise from the outside, which is surprising given how close it is to the main road. Just wish there were a few more grocery stores within walking distance, but overall, it's been a pleasant experience living here.

Lift maintenance is frequently neglected here, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. The gym and pool could use better upkeep too, as they often feel uninviting. On the bright side, finding an auto or cab is pretty easy around Sawkuchi, and there are good schools nearby that many families rely on for their children's education.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

The gym here has really helped me stay active, and the pool is a nice spot for unwinding after work. Water supply is consistent, which is a huge relief in this heat, and power backup works well during those occasional outages. One minor issue is that the sports area could use more regular maintenance, sometimes it feels a bit neglected. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with our home at Kriavn SS Complex in Sawkuchi.

Finding the gym in Kriavn SS Complex has been disappointing. It's often overcrowded, and the equipment doesn't seem to be maintained well, I've seen several machines out of order multiple times. The pool area also leaves a lot to be desired it's not as clean as I'd expect. On top of that, the lifts frequently break down, which can really test your patience during peak hours.

Solid water supply and reliable power backup have made daily life comfortable in Kriavn SS Complex, with the construction quality of our flat living up to expectations. If I had one small complaint, it would be that the finishing touches took a little longer than anticipated. Sawkuchi has manageable traffic during peak hours, which is a relief, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby that cater to different tastes. Whether it's a quick bite or dining out with family, we've got options!

If there's one thing I'd mention, it's that the lifts can sometimes take a little longer during busy hours. Sawkuchi has been seeing a steady appreciation in property values, so that's encouraging. Plus, there are good hospitals and clinics nearby, which definitely gives peace of mind when it comes to health care access.
