Proximity to the main road and metro station is a definite plus here, making commuting much easier. However, dealing with maintenance has been frustrating, it often takes ages for them to respond to complaints, and when they do come, the issues aren't always resolved properly. The convenience of location can't make up for the slow service I've experienced. It's disappointing since a little more attention could really improve day to day living.

Always impressed by how close KP Arena is to the main road, it makes commuting so much easier. The lift condition and building upkeep are generally good, though sometimes I wish the lifts were a bit faster during peak hours. Parks nearby are well maintained, providing great spaces for evening walks, and the roads here are surprisingly smooth which adds to the overall comfort of living in Yendada.
