Lift maintenance has become a real concern lately, it often breaks down, which can be quite frustrating when trying to get to or from work. Building upkeep seems to have taken a backseat, with areas that could use a bit more attention. When comparing the value here with other options around Vizag, it's hard not to feel like we might've made a better choice elsewhere given the issues we're facing now. It's disappointing because I expected better from such a reputed builder.

Noticeable attention to detail in the construction finish of my flat has made a real difference in how comfortable it feels. Daily commutes are quite convenient from the gate, making my work life much easier. One small downside is that sometimes noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting, but overall, it's been a satisfying experience living here at Kosuru Residency.

Noticing the lift issues here has become a bit frustrating, with frequent breakdowns that leave residents waiting for ages. The building upkeep also seems to be lacking lately, which adds to the discomfort. While it's generally peaceful inside the flat, outside noise can sometimes seep through. Pedda Waltair is decent overall, with property values steadily appreciating in recent years. Access to public transport like buses and the metro makes commuting manageable even if it can get crowded during rush hours.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Airflow in the flat is fantastic, and with ample natural light streaming in, it creates a welcoming atmosphere. The water supply has been consistent, but there have been occasional power cuts that can be a bit inconvenient during peak hours.

Natural light floods into our flat in the mornings, which I genuinely appreciate. However, the lift condition has been a constant issue, it feels unreliable and often breaks down at inconvenient times. The building's upkeep could definitely use some attention as well. On a brighter note, Pedda Waltair is quite convenient for accessing nearby hospitals and clinics when needed, so that's a relief. Plus, I've always felt safe walking around the streets here even late at night.
