Place feels quite peaceful, and power backup is good so no worries during evening work. Water supply is mostly fine, though sometimes it gets a bit low in peak hours. I usually feel safe coming back late from office, which is important for me. Traffic nearby can be a little busy during mornings, but manageable overall. Good enough for daily living without too much hassle.
