Facilities like the gym and swimming pool at KBR Prime are decent, but they lack proper maintenance. The sports area often feels neglected, with broken equipment that needs attention. Community interactions can be hit or miss, some neighbors are friendly while others keep to themselves. Overall, the experience is underwhelming given the expectations set by advertisements.

Quiet evenings are a blessing here, and I've noticed how well insulated the flat is from outside noise. With kids often running around and me working from home, it's essential to have that peace, and KBR Prime delivers on that front. Value for money is hard to come by in Bangalore these days, but this place feels just right for what we pay. One small thing though it would be nice if they added more greenery around the common areas. Hoskote has its share of hustle and bustle during the day, but it calms down significantly at night. Traffic can get heavy during peak hours, but thankfully our street stays relatively quiet compared to other parts of the city.

Finding KBR Prime has been a pleasant surprise. The corridors and common areas are kept tidy, which really adds to the overall feel of the place. Water supply is reliable, and I appreciate that there's always power backup during those unexpected outages. My only small concern would be that occasionally, maintenance can take a bit longer than expected when issues arise.

Daily commutes from here are quite simple, with the main road just a stone's throw away. Having shops, hospitals, and schools nearby makes life very convenient for my family. Only wish the local traffic could be a little lighter during peak hours, but overall, it's been a fantastic place to call home.
