There is lots of space for walking on the perimeter of the building. The entire building is designed in such a way that there is lots of ventilation.

Even though the property is well-maintained, the community is quite. There aren't many festivals celebrated. You can't even walk normally on the internal roads since they are so uneven. The swimming pool is well-kept.
