Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Complaints are handled quickly here, which is something I've really appreciated since I moved in. The maintenance staff is always ready to help and genuinely seems to care about the residents' needs. There's a strong community feel among neighbours, making it easy to connect and build friendships. My only small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby celebrations that can go on late into the night. The locality has some good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly, so that's been convenient for us. Traffic during peak hours is manageable most days, though it can get a bit crowded at times when school lets out.

Common areas often feel neglected, which is disappointing given the expectations set when moving in. Maintenance could definitely be improved, it seems like issues take a while to get addressed. The proximity to the main road and metro station is definitely a plus, making commuting manageable. In Jaggayyapeta, water supply has been consistent for us so far, but electricity can sometimes be unreliable during peak usage times. Traffic can get heavy in the evenings with all the office goers coming back home, which makes reaching places a bit of a hassle.

Community events have really brought everyone together, creating a warm atmosphere among neighbours. The only small concern is that the lift could use some upgrades since it sometimes feels slow during peak hours.

Noise from the nearby road can be pretty bothersome, especially in the mornings when I'm trying to get ready for work. Inside the flat, it's a different story as it feels quite peaceful and insulated. The traffic during peak hours is often frustrating, but it's manageable if you plan ahead. Walking around at night feels safe enough with good streetlights and some activity on the roads.

Finding a solid gym and a well maintained pool right within the complex has really made balancing work and fitness easier for me. The maintenance staff is prompt when it comes to handling any issues, which is reassuring, though I did have to follow up once about a small plumbing concern. The area around Karthikeya Township feels quite settled with all the necessary amenities nearby, plus there are reputable schools that many families in our circle trust for their children's education. It's nice not having to travel far for anything we might need day to day.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Security at the gate feels very reassuring, and it's comforting to know that there's a solid power backup in case of outages. Just wish the water supply could be a bit more consistent, but other than that, it's been a wonderful place to call home.

Everyone knows each other, which adds to the charm of living in Karthikeya Township. The building is well maintained, but I do wish the lifts were a bit more reliable, sometimes they take their time when you're in a hurry. Beyond that, it's been great raising my family here with such supportive neighbours around us.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
