Walls are sturdy and the finish feels solid, which really makes a difference in day to day living. Neighbours here have become like family, whether it's sharing tips on local shops or organizing weekend gatherings, there's a genuine sense of community. Only minor issue is that sometimes it takes a while to get maintenance responses, but overall, we're very satisfied with our choice at Karle Zenith.

Hearing traffic noise from the nearby road is a daily occurrence here, which can be quite distracting, especially when trying to relax at home. While the gym and pool areas are decent, they don't really offer the peaceful environment one would hope for it's often noisy with kids splashing around or loud conversations. It's not what I expected in terms of tranquility for my family.

Security at the gate feels a bit lacking, sometimes there's confusion with guest entry and the guards seem overwhelmed. The lift condition is concerning, as it frequently breaks down, leaving us to take the stairs, which isn't ideal especially after a long day at work. Maintenance of common areas could also use some improvement, it often looks neglected and not well kept.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Natural light is decent in the flat, but the airflow could certainly improve, I often find the indoor atmosphere quite stifling. While external noise is manageable during the day, evenings can get disruptive due to nearby construction and traffic sounds.

Noticing the lack of upkeep in common areas and corridors is disappointing, especially when a sense of community among neighbours could make a significant difference. There are good people around, but it feels like management is not prioritizing maintenance as they should. Hebbal has decent roads but there are times when the potholes can be quite an annoyance. On the food front, there are several nice restaurants nearby that provide a variety of options for dining out, which is definitely a plus.
