Security at the gate gives me a real sense of safety, and having reliable water supply along with power backup makes daily life much easier. My only small concern is that the maintenance response time could be a bit quicker, but otherwise it's been a wonderful place to call home.

Lift issues are quite frequent, often making it a hassle to get in and out. With the upkeep not always meeting expectations, some common areas feel neglected at times. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet which is a plus after a long workday, but the noise from construction nearby can still be bothersome on weekends. Overall, while there are some redeeming features here, these persistent problems definitely make living here less enjoyable than I hoped.

Facilities here really stand out, especially the gym and pool. Both areas are well maintained and offer a good place for relaxation or exercise after a long day at work. If there's one area for improvement, it's the availability of some sports equipment in the sports area, having more options would be nice. Overall, considering what's available compared to other places nearby, we feel we're getting great value for our investment.

Surrounded by essential amenities, it's easy to appreciate the convenience of having shops and schools just a short walk away. The nearby hospital offers peace of mind for my family, and we often enjoy the pool area on weekends. One small drawback is that sometimes the gym can get a little crowded during peak hours, but overall, I'm very satisfied with our choice to settle here.

The gym is decent but could use better equipment and regular cleaning, while the pool area rarely seems inviting. Honestly, it's disappointing to see such basic facilities not being kept up to standard. Ghatikia has its perks with good metro access nearby, making commutes easier. It feels like a settled locality overall, with shops and schools around that make daily life convenient.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Stepping into Kailash Tapovan, the sports area really caught my attention right away. The gym is well equipped and never too crowded, making it easy to fit in a workout around my busy schedule. The only small hiccup I've noticed is that the pool can get a bit noisy during weekends when families come for fun. Ghatikia feels pretty safe, especially at night, which gives me peace of mind. Roads are well maintained and infrastructure seems solid, so commuting from here has been smooth overall.
