Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noise levels are impressively low inside the flat, making it feel peaceful after a long day. While the water supply is generally reliable, there have been a couple of instances when it ran a bit low during peak hours, but that hasn't overshadowed my overall satisfaction with living here.

Bright spaces can be refreshing, but that doesn't make up for the inconsistent lift service here. On too many occasions, it's been out of order, which is frustrating especially during busy mornings. While the building does get ample sunlight and air, maintenance could definitely use some improvement to keep everything running smoothly.

Water supply issues pop up quite often, which can be quite frustrating, especially when you have kids at home. The power backup isn't reliable either, there are times when we've been left in the dark for longer than expected. Maintenance staff does respond to complaints but often takes their time getting things sorted out. On a brighter note, Sargasan has decent road quality and the infrastructure is generally well maintained. There are some parks nearby that offer nice green spaces for families to enjoy, which adds to the charm of living here.

Feeling the cool breeze while sipping tea on the balcony has become a daily joy. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues, making life here quite comfortable, though sometimes getting through during peak hours can take a little longer than expected.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Reliable water supply and power backup have been a blessing in our daily lives, making it easy to manage work and family responsibilities. Shops, hospitals, and schools are conveniently close by, however, the traffic can get a bit hectic during peak hours.

Security at the gate leaves much to be desired. There have been times when I've felt a bit uneasy with how lax the procedures seem to be, especially during late hours. On another note, airflow in the flat isn't as good as expected, certain rooms can feel quite stuffy without proper ventilation.

Well finished interiors and quality materials are evident in every corner of the flat, making it a comfortable space for family life. The lifts are well maintained too, which is always a plus after a long day at work. Only minor issue has been some occasional maintenance delays with common areas, but overall, it's been a pleasant place to call home.

Something that really stands out is the well maintained lift and building upkeep at Kailasa Crestview. It feels reassuring knowing that everything is taken care of, from regular cleaning to timely maintenance. The gym and sports area are decent too, my family enjoys spending time there, although I do wish the pool could be a little bigger for those hot summer days. Sargasan itself is a nice place to live with hospitals and clinics just a stone's throw away, which adds to the comfort of knowing help is nearby if needed. The streets feel quite safe even at night, making evening walks enjoyable without any worries.
