Kids loved the small play area here, which made evenings enjoyable for us. Parking can be a bit tricky during weekends, but overall it feels safe to come back late at night.

Neighbourhood is mostly quiet and peaceful, but sometimes the security guards seem a bit strict without reason. I liked that people generally keep to themselves, so no loud disturbances. The clubhouse is okay, though it could have more regular events to help neighbours mingle better. Overall, a decent place to stay if you don’t mind a little formality in security.

Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but overall the place felt safe when I came back late at night. Power backup worked well during outages, which was really helpful. Would be nice if water supply was more consistent though.
