Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, making it hard to justify the price we pay here. The upkeep could definitely be better compared to other options in Thane. On a brighter note, Sai Nagar has good metro access and feels quite developed with various shops and amenities around, which helps make daily life easier.

Right from the moment we moved to Sai Nagar, Thane, it's been a nice experience overall. The commute to work is quick and easy from the gate, which really helps manage our busy schedule. Only minor issue has been some construction noise at times, but that's pretty common in this area.

Waking up to a gentle breeze and feeling the fresh air is something I truly appreciate here. The flat offers such great ventilation, which keeps things comfortable, and I'm satisfied with the water supply and power backup situation hardly any interruptions. If I had one small complaint, it would be that the amenities could use a little more maintenance at times. Sai Nagar has its perks too, there are supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away for those quick shopping trips. Plus, some well reputed schools nearby have been great for families in our community.

Walking through the community feels warm and welcoming, with friendly neighbors who always greet each other. The shops nearby are quite handy for daily needs, and having good schools and hospitals just around the corner adds to the convenience of our busy lives. One small downside is that sometimes the noise from traffic can get a bit much during rush hours. With easy access to the metro and regular bus services, getting around Thane is pretty straightforward. Plus, it really feels like this locality has settled in nicely over the years, making it a great place to call home.

It's refreshing to come home and find the lift in such good condition, it makes daily life that much smoother. The building is well kept, and inside the flat, it's impressively quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day at work. One small complaint would be occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's not too disruptive overall. In Sai Nagar, you can easily find supermarkets and local kirana stores within walking distance, which really adds to the convenience of everyday errands. The roads are generally well maintained and make commuting much more manageable than I expected.

Security measures at the entrance and throughout the community give a reassuring sense of safety, which is so important these days. It's also nice to have schools and hospitals nearby for convenience, making life a little easier with kids. One small issue has been some delays in maintenance response times, but overall, it's been a very satisfying place to call home.

Noise levels can be quite disturbing at times, making it hard to concentrate or relax inside the flat. The lift condition also needs attention, it's often out of order and the overall building upkeep feels a bit lacking.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
