Security at the gate could definitely use some improvement. There have been a few instances where it felt like anyone could just walk in without proper checks, which isn't exactly reassuring for families. Daily commute is convenient enough since there are buses nearby, but I often find myself worrying about safety while waiting at the stop during early or late hours. In terms of the locality, there are a couple of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, so getting essentials isn't a hassle. The streets feel fairly safe at night with other residents around, which gives some peace of mind despite the concerns at our entrance.

Plenty of value here compared to other options in Patna, especially with the current water supply and power backup situation. Consistent electricity and no issues with water make daily life much easier. One small thing is that the maintenance could be a bit quicker at times, but overall, I'm quite satisfied living here.
