Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Having a sense of community here is truly comforting, with friendly neighbours always ready to lend a helping hand. One small complaint would be that the kids sometimes run around a bit too much in the corridors, but it's minor considering how much we enjoy our spacious flat and fresh air coming through.

Bright sunshine fills the rooms throughout the day, making it such a welcoming place to come home to. Fresh air flows through the windows nicely, which has been a blessing for our family's health. The lift is well maintained and always in working order, so no complaints there. Just one minor thing sometimes I wish the common areas were cleaned a little more frequently. Shivaji Nagar is quite peaceful with minimal noise from nearby roads, which makes evening relaxation enjoyable. Water supply and electricity have been reliable too, so we haven't faced any disruptions while living here.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

A sense of community really stands out here, which has made settling in much easier for us. Daily commutes are a breeze with the convenient access to main roads, making it simple to get to work or other places we need to be. The only minor drawback is that sometimes noise from nearby construction can be a bit distracting, but overall it's been a wonderful place for our family.

Noticing how close the main road is makes commuting easier, especially during peak hours. However, the gym and pool facilities leave much to be desired, they're often overcrowded and not well maintained, which can be frustrating when trying to unwind after a long day. It would be nice if management prioritized these amenities more effectively.

Water supply has been quite consistent, and the power backup is reliable, which makes daily life easier. The gym and pool are decent enough for unwinding after work, though sometimes I wish the pool area was a bit larger. Shivaji Nagar is great for food lovers with plenty of restaurants and small eateries nearby serving delicious options. The roads are generally well maintained, making commuting smooth most days.

Noise levels can be an issue, especially during the evenings when children are playing outside or neighbors decide to have gatherings. While I appreciate the sense of community among those living here, it sometimes feels like the walls could use better soundproofing. Inside the flat, though, it's surprisingly calm, you can escape from all that commotion with just a door closed. Shivaji Nagar has its perks with hospitals and clinics nearby for quick medical needs, which is a relief for families like ours. Public transport access is decent too, there are bus stops within walking distance and plans for metro expansion in the area look promising.

Corridors are often neglected, which makes it hard to connect with the neighbors. It would be nice if the common areas were better maintained to foster a more community oriented atmosphere.
