Commute from the gate is quite challenging, especially during peak hours with heavy traffic. Water supply can be unpredictable at times and power backup isn't as reliable as one would hope.

Proximity to the main road is definitely a plus, making commutes manageable. The community has a decent feel with friendly neighbours who often gather for events, which is nice. However, noise levels can be bothersome at times due to traffic, it disrupts the peace in the evenings and early mornings.

Constant noise from the nearby road and construction work can be quite bothersome, making it hard to relax at times. While security at the gate is decent, there are instances when I feel more vigilance would help. Our flat doesn't offer much insulation against the external sounds, which is disappointing. It's a shame because I was hoping for a peaceful environment after a long day. Dumduma has its charm with well maintained roads and good infrastructure that give a settled vibe to the locality. Grocery stores and other essentials are conveniently located within reach, making daily errands manageable.

Attention to detail in the construction really stands out, making our flat feel both cozy and modern. The quality of the finish is impressive, and it's nice to see how friendly everyone in the community is, we often chat with our neighbors during evening walks. My only small complaint would be that sometimes there's a bit more noise than I'd like from nearby roads, but overall, it feels safe walking around at night here in Dumduma. The area has everything we need within reach while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

Power backup has been reliable, which is such a relief during those unpredictable summer outages. Water supply is consistent too, though I wish the timings were a bit more flexible for days when we need extra water. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience living here. Dumduma has seen some solid property appreciation lately, making it feel like a smart investment. Noise levels are quite manageable since we're not directly on busy roads or near commercial hubs, allowing for some peace while still being close to everything we need.

Security at the gate is reassuring, making us feel safe and secure while coming home after work. The daily commute is easy, with good connectivity to major areas in Bhubaneswar, the only downside I've noticed is that sometimes the entry can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Parks nearby offer a great space for evening walks, and we have supermarkets and kirana stores just a short stroll away, which makes grocery shopping super convenient.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Value for money here is quite impressive compared to other options around Dumduma, it's hard to find such a combination of safety and amenities elsewhere. About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.
