Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Walking into the gym here feels refreshing, with a well equipped setup that makes exercising enjoyable. The pool is a great spot for relaxation and family gatherings, and there's a strong sense of community among neighbours who often come together for events. One minor issue has been occasional noise during maintenance work, but overall, living in Jayan One has been very satisfying.

Noise levels can be quite high during the evenings, which has been a bit frustrating for us. Shops and schools are decent enough nearby, but I often find myself wishing there were better hospitals closer to home. Water supply issues pop up from time to time, which is a hassle when you have kids in the house. Yelahanka has good bus access, and the metro line is not too far either. The roads could use some maintenance since potholes seem to appear out of nowhere after every rain.

Sunlight pours into my flat, making the mornings feel bright and inviting, while the breeze keeps everything feeling fresh. The space offers great value compared to other options in Yelahanka, it's hard to find a place that combines so much airiness with reasonable pricing. If there's one thing I wish could change, it would be faster internet connectivity since I work from home quite often. Yelahanka has its perks too, finding an auto or cab is usually hassle free, and there are several clinics and hospitals just around the corner if needed. It really adds to the sense of security knowing medical help is close by when you have a family.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, which is disappointing given the promise of a well maintained living environment. We've also had some issues with garbage disposal that aren't being addressed as swiftly as we'd like. Yelahanka has some decent restaurants nearby, so finding good food isn't a challenge. The property value seems to be on the rise, which is encouraging for our investment here.

Accessibility to the main road and metro gate is quite good, which makes commuting easier. However, dealing with maintenance staff has been frustrating, they often take longer than expected to respond to issues. It's disappointing when timely help is needed but isn't available, especially for a place that could be more efficient in handling resident concerns.

Settling into this community has been a pleasant surprise. Neighbors are friendly and often come together for small gatherings or festivals, which adds a lovely warmth to our daily lives. The only downside is the water supply can be a bit inconsistent during peak hours, but we manage with the power backup that works well whenever needed.

Noticing the state of the common areas here at Jayan One has been disappointing, especially with how often things like cleaning and maintenance are overlooked. Complaints to the maintenance staff seem to take longer than expected to get resolved, which can be frustrating when you just want a tidy space to walk through. The corridors often look neglected, and it really affects the overall feel of the place. On another note, Yelahanka is quite convenient for commuting, finding an auto or cab isn't too tough most days. The roads in this area are generally decent, though some spots could use better upkeep after all that rain we had recently.

So close to the main road and the metro gate, commuting has become really straightforward for us. The building is kept in good shape overall, and the lifts work well most of the time. Just a small issue now and then with noise from outside during peak hours, but it's manageable given how convenient everything else is.
