Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Well maintained corridors and common areas make a big difference in our daily routines, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The upkeep is impressive, and it shows that the management cares about our living experience. My only small complaint would be the occasional delays with lifts during peak hours, but that's pretty minor compared to everything else we enjoy here. Shahpur has been fantastic for my family, with good schools like St. Xavier's and DAV nearby that really cater to the kids' needs. Finding an auto or cab around here is also quite easy, which makes commuting for work or outings hassle free.

Sunlight streams in throughout the day, making every room feel warm and inviting. Neighbours are friendly and supportive, creating a lovely community atmosphere that truly enhances daily life. If only the lift could be a little quicker during peak hours, it would be perfect.

Being just a short walk from the main road and the metro gate makes commuting really straightforward, which is a big relief during busy workdays. Having access to amenities like the gym and sports area right within the project encourages me and my family to stay active. The pool is great for weekend relaxation, though I do wish it was a little larger since it can get crowded on holidays. Overall, very satisfied with our decision to make this place home!

Walking through the corridors, you can see that they are well maintained and thoughtfully designed, which really adds to the comfort of our home. With plenty of shops, hospitals, and schools nearby, everyday needs are easily met without having to travel far. The only minor issue is that sometimes the common areas could use a little more attention in terms of cleaning, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Complaints often take too long to get addressed by maintenance, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, there are decent schools and hospitals nearby, but finding shops with good quality products is a bit of a hassle.

Upon entering my flat, there's a noticeable sense of tranquility that I truly appreciate. The building is well maintained, with clean lifts and common areas that give a good impression right away. One small concern would be the occasional noise from outside during peak hours, however, once inside, it feels like an escape from the hustle of daily life. Overall, our experience here has been quite positive and satisfying.

Moving around my flat feels refreshing with all the air that comes through, making it a comfortable space for our family. Compared to other options we've seen in the area, this place offers really good value without compromising on comfort. If I had to mention one small thing, sometimes noise from the street can be a little distracting during busy hours. Shahpur is quite convenient too, finding an auto or cab isn't an issue at all, and the metro station is just a short distance away. Bus connectivity is decent as well, which makes commuting much easier for us.
