The security guards here are quite helpful and always greet with a smile, which makes me feel safe. The common areas are usually clean, though sometimes the lobby could use a bit more attention. I like how the kids have a small play area nearby, so my little one enjoys spending time there while I relax. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay, just wish the elevators were a bit faster during peak hours.
