Noticing the ease of my daily commute from the gate to work has been a real plus, and the construction quality of our flat feels solid and well thought out. One small complaint is that the amenities could be a little more updated, but overall it's been a pleasant experience. In Velachery, the streets feel safe even at night which is reassuring for families, and you can tell that this locality has matured nicely over time with good infrastructure all around.

Upon entering my home, the sense of tranquility is evident, you hardly hear any disturbances from outside. The building itself is well maintained, and the lifts are generally in good condition. If there's one small drawback, it would be that sometimes maintenance could respond a tad quicker to minor issues, but overall, living here has been a positive experience for us.

A strong sense of community stands out here, with friendly neighbours always ready to lend a hand or share a chat in the corridors. The upkeep of common areas is quite commendable, making it feel like home every time I walk through. Just one small complaint would be that the elevators can sometimes get busy during peak hours. Supermarkets and kirana stores are conveniently within walking distance, making grocery runs easy and quick. It's nice to see how settled and developed Velachery feels, everything you need is close by.

Large windows ensure that the flat stays airy and fresh, which is such a relief in the humid weather here. The gym and pool are wonderful for unwinding after a long day, though the booking system for certain amenities could use some improvement.

Complaints regarding maintenance seem to take forever to resolve, which has been quite frustrating. The gym and pool facilities are decent but often overcrowded during the evenings, making it hard to get a good workout or enjoy some relaxation time. While the location in Velachery is convenient, these issues definitely bring down the overall experience of living here.
