Right from the moment we moved in, the peaceful atmosphere inside our flat has been a pleasant surprise. Noise from outside hardly reaches us, and that makes evenings at home truly relaxing. The lifts are well maintained and usually in good working order, adding to the convenience of living here. My only small complaint would be that sometimes common areas could use a little more attention, but overall, our experience has been quite satisfying.

Proximity to the main road and metro station makes commuting really easy, which has been a huge advantage for my daily routine. Shops, hospitals, and schools are all within a short distance, giving me peace of mind knowing everything I need is nearby. The only small issue I've faced is some noise during peak hours from the road, but that's minor compared to the benefits of living here. Overall, very satisfied with this place and what it offers.

Waking up to the sound of silence has been a pleasant surprise since moving here. The flat feels peaceful inside, which makes for a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Water supply has been consistent with no major issues, though I do wish the power backup could kick in a bit faster during those rare outages. In Ghansoli, getting around is easy with quick access to the metro and reliable bus services nearby. Plus, you can count on steady water and electricity supply in this area, which adds to my overall satisfaction living here.

Feeling part of a close knit community makes living here so enjoyable, and the gym and pool always bring people together for some relaxed conversations. One small issue is that sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be a bit distracting during mornings. Nearby, we've got good schools that our kids attend regularly, plus supermarkets and kirana stores are conveniently just a short walk away, making grocery runs easy on busy days.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Security at the gate gives me real peace of mind, and having shops nearby is super handy for quick errands. Hospitals and schools are also close by, which makes managing our busy family schedule much easier. If there's one minor issue, it would be that sometimes the lift can take a little while during peak hours. In Ghansoli, water supply has been reliable for us, and electricity hardly flickers. The local schools have good reputations too, several of my neighbours send their kids there with positive feedback.

Complaints take forever to get resolved here, and the quality of finishes in the flat leaves much to be desired. The maintenance staff seems overwhelmed, which just adds to the frustration when something needs fixing. While it's a decent place overall, those aspects really hold it back. On a brighter note, there are some nice parks around Ghansoli for morning walks or evening relaxation. Streets feel pretty safe at night too, so that's definitely a relief for families living here.
