Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but otherwise the place feels quite peaceful. The neighbours are mostly friendly, though sometimes it feels like the construction could have been done better inside the flats. Overall, not bad for daily living.

Quiet place overall, and power backup works well during evening hours. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer but not too bad for daily use. Felt comfortable staying here.

Quiet and peaceful place overall, which I really liked after busy days. The corridors and common areas are kept clean most of the time, so it feels comfortable to walk around. Sometimes a bit of traffic noise in the mornings, but nothing too disturbing. Felt safe coming back late at night with decent lighting around. Would be nice if they improved the security guards’ friendliness a little.

Place is quite peaceful and good for families. Water supply is mostly steady, which I really appreciated, especially during summers. Parking can get a bit crowded in evenings, so better to come early if you have a vehicle. Overall, felt safe and comfortable staying here. Would love if they improve the kids’ play area a bit more.

Place is decent and quiet most of the time, which I liked. But sometimes getting groceries can be a bit of a hassle since shops are a little far. Neighbours are friendly though, so overall it feels like a safe community to live in. Would have been better if there were more open spaces to hang out.

Neighbours are mostly quiet and friendly, but the lifts take too long during peak hours which can be frustrating. Security is polite, though sometimes slow to respond. Overall, not bad for daily living. Average experience
