Noise levels can be quite bothersome, especially when you have young kids trying to sleep. Inside the flat, it's a bit quieter than what I expected, but outside traffic and construction sounds make it hard to fully relax. Value for money seems off too, there are other options in Hathi Khera that offer similar space at better rates. On the bright side, water and electricity supply here is mostly reliable which is important for us. Supermarkets and local kirana stores are just a short walk away, making grocery shopping quite convenient.

Commuting from the gate can be quite frustrating due to heavy traffic during peak hours, which really impacts my daily routine. Inside the flat, there's a surprising lack of noise from outside, but that doesn't make up for the stress of getting here each day.

A strong sense of community among neighbours makes it feel like home here, and the consistent water supply with reliable power backup is such a relief. Only downside is that sometimes maintenance can be slow to respond, but overall I'm very satisfied living in Imperial Tower.

One thing I've really appreciated is how responsive the maintenance staff is. Whenever there's been a minor issue in our unit, they come by quickly and sort it out without any fuss. The gym and swimming pool are also quite nice, we often use them as a family and it's never too crowded, which makes it enjoyable. If I had to point out one small complaint, sometimes the Wi Fi can be a bit slow during peak hours. The locality itself has been good for us with reliable water supply and power cuts being rare. Walking around in the evenings feels safe, which is a big plus for our family.

Security at the gate gives a strong sense of safety, which is crucial for families. The value compared to other options in the area is quite reasonable, though I wish the amenities were slightly more updated.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Water supply is reliable here, and power backup has been consistent, which makes life so much easier. The lifts are well maintained too, though I wish they were a bit faster during peak hours. Hathi Khera has some nice parks for evening strolls and plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores nearby, so getting groceries is never a hassle. It's a convenient spot that balances peace with accessibility really well.

Lift breakdowns have become quite a regular occurrence, which can be frustrating on busy mornings. The building upkeep also leaves much to be desired, it feels like the maintenance team is always one step behind. Additionally, the construction finish in our flat doesn't meet expectations there are uneven surfaces and fittings that seem rushed.

A lot of street noise creeps in from the main road, making it tough to relax at times. Even inside the flat, it's not as peaceful as I'd hoped, especially with kids needing quiet for their studies. The convenience of being close to the metro is a plus, but that doesn't quite make up for the constant sound. In terms of locality, I've noticed that water supply is reliable which is a big relief. Electricity cuts are rare here too, however, you still have to deal with traffic sounds from nearby commercial areas during busy hours.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
