A sense of calm really hits you once you're inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet even with the hustle of Boragaon outside. Neighbours often gather for tea or a quick chat, creating a warm community feel that's quite comforting. One small thing I've noticed is that sometimes sound from the common areas can carry into our unit, but it's not too bothersome. Overall, it's been a positive experience and I'm happy to call this place home.

Finding a place where maintenance genuinely cares makes a huge difference, and I've noticed that here. They respond quickly to any issues, which is so reassuring when life gets busy. The daily commute from the gate has its advantages too, with easy access to major roads. Only complaint would be the occasional noise during peak hours, but it's manageable given all the positives.

Noise from the main road is quite bothersome, especially in the early mornings when everything should be peaceful. Maintenance issues crop up more often than I'd like, which can really disrupt daily life. The access to shops, schools, and hospitals nearby is decent enough but just wish it came with a bit more peace. Boragaon has some nice parks for kids to play and there's a metro station not too far away, which helps with commuting. Buses also run regularly so getting around the city isn't much of a hassle.

Water supply here is consistent, and it's reassuring to have reliable power backup for those unexpected outages. The upkeep of the corridors and common areas adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere, though sometimes I wish they were cleaned a bit more frequently. Boragaon has been seeing good property appreciation lately, which gives me confidence in my investment. Plus, there are some fantastic restaurants and food joints nearby that make dining out a treat on weekends.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Natural light floods into our flat, which helps brighten up the space during the day. However, the security setup at the gate often feels inadequate, sometimes it takes longer than expected for guests to get clearance. While there are some good aspects here, these issues definitely take away from a more comfortable living experience.
