The place feels quite peaceful in the evenings, and I never had any problem coming back late at night. The lifts are a bit slow sometimes, especially during rush hours, but not a big issue. Overall, it’s comfortable to live here and the neighborhood seems safe. Traffic nearby is manageable for my office commute too. Would like if they improved elevator speed though.

The building is pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Parking can get a bit tight during evenings, but overall it’s manageable. Shops and essentials are not too far, so daily things are easy to get.

The common areas here are usually clean, which makes coming home after work quite relaxing. I feel safe walking back late at night, and the security staff are friendly too. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it’s a comfortable place to stay. The small community events also help in meeting neighbours, which is nice.

Nice and quiet place to stay, not much traffic around which made my daily commute easier. The apartment finishing is good, but I felt the common areas could be cleaned a bit more often. Overall, a comfortable experience for me.
