Common areas often feel neglected, and the corridors could use a thorough cleaning. There's not much airflow in the flat, which can get stifling at times. While my family enjoys some aspects of this place, these maintenance issues definitely leave room for improvement. It's disappointing because there's potential here if only they focused more on upkeep.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Finding a well equipped gym and a lovely pool within the community has been such a blessing for my family. We've made great use of the sports area too, which adds to our overall enjoyment of this place. If I had to mention one small complaint, it would be the occasional noise from construction nearby, however, it's not too disruptive. Avadi has really good bus access and is pretty close to metro stations, making travel quite easy. Supermarkets and kirana stores are all within walking distance, so getting daily essentials is hassle free.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Facilities like the gym and swimming pool have become part of our daily routine, offering both fitness and relaxation right at home. Security at the gate gives us peace of mind, which is really important these days. One thing I wish could improve is the availability of more sports equipment in the common area, it would encourage families to engage in more activities together. Overall, happy with our choice to settle here in Avadi.

Decent project overall. The location is manageable for daily commute. Management picks up calls and common areas are okay.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
