Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Community gatherings have created a nice sense of belonging among neighbours, which is definitely one of the highlights here. However, the gym can feel overcrowded during peak hours, making it tough to get a proper workout in. The pool area could use some maintenance as well, it often looks less inviting than it should.

Power backup has been reliable, which is such a relief during those sudden outages. Water supply also holds up well, we hardly face any shortages. The corridors and common areas are maintained nicely, giving a pleasant vibe when you step out of the flat. One small issue could be that sometimes it takes a while for service requests to get addressed, but it's manageable. Roads in Vashi are pretty decent overall, making commutes easier. Supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance add to the convenience of our daily shopping needs.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Maintenance staff here always respond quickly to any issues, which really makes a difference. Common areas and corridors are kept clean and well maintained, giving a pleasant feel to the entire place. The only small complaint would be about the occasional delay in getting specific repairs done, but overall it's been smooth sailing for us. In terms of locality, there are some nice parks nearby where kids can play freely and adults can unwind. Walking around at night feels safe too, with decent street lighting and friendly neighbours around.

Water supply issues have become quite a hassle lately, often running low during peak hours. Power backup is also not as reliable as I hoped, leading to unexpected outages that disrupt daily routines. On top of that, while the flat gets decent airflow, it feels a bit cramped at times. Vashi is fairly decent with parks nearby for those evening walks or kids to play in. Public transport access is pretty good too, the metro station isn't far, which makes commuting easier during busy weekdays.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noticing how peaceful it is inside my flat makes a big difference in daily life, especially after a long day at work. The gym and pool areas are also quite serene, perfect for unwinding without much disturbance, though I do wish the lift service was a bit quicker during peak hours. Vashi has a really settled feel to it with all the amenities you need around, plus there are great restaurants and food joints that we enjoy exploring on weekends.

Commute from the gate to my office is quick and smooth, which makes daily life much easier. Maintenance responds promptly to any issues that come up, though occasionally it takes a couple of follow ups for minor complaints to get sorted out.

Quality of construction at Haware Intelligentia Centroid is impressive, making the space feel well put together. Proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting so much easier for daily travel. Only downside has been some occasional noise from outside, but overall, very satisfied with my experience here.
