Noticing the well maintained corridors and common areas gives a sense of pride every time we step outside our apartment. The lifts are always in good condition, which adds to the convenience of daily life. Just wish they could keep an eye on the cleanliness a bit more often, but overall it's been a positive experience living here at Hasini Residency in Miyapur.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Access to the gym and pool at Hasini Residency is often a letdown. The equipment in the gym feels outdated, and I've noticed that the pool isn't maintained as regularly as it should be, sometimes it's not even clean enough for a swim. Additionally, lifts seem to break down more frequently than expected, which can be quite frustrating when you have kids or groceries to manage.

Security at the gate is tight, and it really gives a sense of comfort. Neighbours are friendly and always willing to lend a hand, which adds to the community feel here. My only small complaint would be about occasional noise from construction nearby, but it's manageable. There are good hospitals just a short drive away, so I don't worry much about emergencies. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet considering we're close to some busy roads, you can enjoy peace in your home while still being connected to everything.

Shops and schools are just around the corner, making daily life convenient for our family. While there's a lovely community feel among neighbours, it would be nice to see more green spaces for kids to play in.

Proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting a breeze, which is essential for my daily routine. Water supply has been consistent, and the power backup really comes through during those unexpected outages. Just wish there were more green spaces nearby for a little nature escape now and then.

Corridors often feel neglected and the upkeep is disappointing, which really takes away from the overall experience. The gym could use better maintenance too, sometimes, equipment is out of order for days. On the positive side, Miyapur has good hospitals nearby like Reddy's and several tasty restaurants such as Chaat Cafe and Andhra Spice, making it a decent place to live despite these issues.

Moving into Hasini Residency has been a great decision, the construction quality and finish of my flat are impressive, really giving off a sense of durability. While the daily commute from here is smooth with easy access to major roads, I do wish there were more options for local shopping nearby. Miyapur is quite manageable during peak hours, with traffic flowing better than expected most days. Water and electricity supply here have been reliable, which is such a relief in this city.

Security at the gate has been a concern for us. While there are guards present, their effectiveness often seems lacking, especially during late hours when more vigilance is necessary. On the brighter side, neighbours here tend to be friendly and helpful, we often have gatherings which foster a sense of community. Still, improvements in safety measures would go a long way in making this place feel truly secure.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
