Bright sunlight fills the rooms throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fresh air flows easily through the windows, which is such a relief in humid weather. The common areas are always well maintained, though it would be nice if the corridors had better lighting in some spots. Overall, it's been a wonderful place for my family to call home.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Morning commutes from Harshitha Enclave are quite straightforward, which is a relief given the usual traffic in Vizag. The lift operates smoothly and has been well maintained, so I rarely face any delays when heading out or returning home. Building upkeep is evident, common areas are always tidy and inviting. One minor complaint would be that occasionally there can be a delay during peak hours with getting an elevator, but it's manageable overall.

Close proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting really straightforward, which is a huge plus for my daily routine. The maintenance staff responds promptly to any concerns I've had, showing genuine care in their work. One small drawback has been the occasional delay in resolving minor issues, but overall it's been a pleasant experience living here. Neighbors are friendly and there's a real sense of community that I appreciate.

Finding a good balance of convenience and comfort is important, and that's exactly what I appreciate about living here. With shops, hospitals, and schools just a short distance away, it feels like everything we need is within reach. One small downside has been occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't been too disruptive overall. Lakshmi Puram has pleasantly quiet streets at night which makes evening walks enjoyable, and the main road isn't overwhelming either. It's nice knowing my family can step out without worrying too much about traffic or safety.

Commuting from the gate can get tricky during peak hours, making it a challenge to reach work on time. The construction quality isn't as good as I hoped, some finishes feel rushed and there are a few visible flaws that should have been addressed before moving in. While the layout is functional for our family, these ongoing issues with maintenance really hold back the overall experience here. It's disappointing when you expect better from a reputed builder.

Power cuts are frequent here, which can be really frustrating for anyone with a busy schedule. While the community has some friendly neighbours, the ongoing water supply issues make it hard to fully enjoy living in Harshitha Enclave. Lakshmi Puram feels quite developed and settled, with enough shops and services around. The streets are pretty safe at night, which adds to the sense of comfort when stepping out after dark.

Always impressed by how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issues we have. Water supply is consistent, which is a relief, and there's reliable power backup as well. My only small complaint would be that sometimes it takes a little longer for them to handle minor repairs, but that's not too big of a deal given the overall quality of living here. Lakshmi Puram feels very settled and developed, you can find good hospitals and clinics just around the corner, which adds peace of mind. It's nice having everything we need so close without feeling crowded or hectic.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
