Water supply issues have been a regular occurrence here, which is quite frustrating. Considering the price point compared to other options in Madhuban Colony, it feels like we're not getting enough value for our money. Power backup is decent, but frequent water cuts really dampen the experience of living here.

Strolling around Madhuban Colony, it's hard not to appreciate the convenience of having everything within reach. There are some good shops nearby for daily essentials, and the schools in the area have been a solid choice for my kids. Access to quality hospitals provides peace of mind, especially when you have a family to care for. The gym and pool in our complex really help keep us active, however, I do wish the pool hours were extended a bit more for evening swims.

Noticing how well maintained the common areas are has been refreshing, it really adds to the overall appeal of this place. The lifts are usually in good condition, which is such a relief during peak hours. One minor concern would be that sometimes the corridors could use a little more attention, but otherwise, it feels like home here.

Bright corridors and well kept common areas really enhance the feel of this place, making it a lovely environment for families. A small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance could be quicker in addressing issues, but overall we are quite satisfied living here. Supermarkets and local kirana stores are conveniently close by, which is great for quick grocery runs. The streets feel safe even at night, allowing us to take evening walks without any worries.

Security at the gate feels lacking, and it's concerning that water supply can be inconsistent. Power backup is also not as reliable as one would expect in a new place like this. Madhuban Colony has a few good restaurants nearby, which is nice for family outings, but sometimes walking back at night makes me uneasy about safety on the streets. There are definitely better options when it comes to food joints, but I wish we could enjoy them without worrying too much about security.

Nothing beats the convenience of having a gym and swimming pool right within the compound. The facilities are well maintained, making it easy to keep up with fitness goals without any hassle. It's also comforting to know that we're getting good value compared to other options in Nashik, I've seen similar properties priced much higher for less space and amenities. My only small complaint would be that the elevators can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it's manageable. Madhuban Colony has its charm with parks nearby where kids can play and families can relax on weekends. Property appreciation in this area has been steady too, which adds peace of mind for our long term investment.
