Natural light floods the rooms and there's a refreshing breeze that makes afternoons quite pleasant. Noise from outside is hardly noticeable, which helps create a peaceful environment for my family. Only minor complaint would be that the lifts can take longer during peak hours. Tarwala Nagar has its quirks with traffic, especially when everyone is heading home after work, but the nearby eateries make up for it, you can find some fantastic places to grab a bite without going too far. Overall, it's a decent area that's been great for us.

Friendly neighbours make a real difference in Tarwala Nagar, and I've felt a strong sense of community since moving to Hariom Blossom. It's comforting to know that we have reliable water supply and decent power backup, which can be a lifesaver during those hot summer months. One small thing I wish could improve is the availability of some common areas for social gatherings, but overall, it's been a positive experience living here.

Facilities like the gym and pool are nice touches, but access to them can be hit or miss, especially during peak hours. The sports area also feels underutilized, which is a shame because it could really bring neighbors together more. It's frustrating when you're looking to unwind after a long day and find everything either crowded or unavailable. Tarwala Nagar has its pros and cons, traffic can get pretty congested during rush hours, making commutes longer than expected. Thankfully, there are a few parks nearby that provide some much needed green space for families to enjoy on weekends.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Stepping out of my flat at Hariom Blossom, I always appreciate how well the corridors and common areas are maintained, it really adds to the overall ambiance of the place. The quality of construction is noticeable too, with solid finishes that give a sense of durability and comfort. One small thing could be better the sound insulation isn't perfect, so I sometimes hear noise from neighbors more than I'd like. In Tarwala Nagar, finding an auto or cab is quite easy most of the time, which makes getting around hassle free. The streets feel safe even at night, so it's nice knowing we can walk around without worry.

Security measures at the gate are definitely lacking. With how close this place is to the main road, it feels a bit too exposed, especially in the evenings. It's concerning when there's not enough attention paid to safety protocols, I would have expected more given the location in Nashik.

Shops and markets are just around the corner, making daily errands really easy. Having a good hospital nearby gives me peace of mind, especially with kids in the house. Schools within a short distance have been great for our children's education. While the gym and pool facilities are nice, I wish they offered more group classes or activities to help us stay motivated together.
