Complaints often take longer to resolve than expected, and it can be frustrating dealing with the maintenance staff. The lift condition has also deteriorated recently, making daily commutes a hassle.

Rumbling from the main road makes it hard to enjoy peace in my own home. Despite being near the metro gate, soundproofing is lacking and conversations sometimes get drowned out by traffic noise. Banashankari has some good restaurants and food joints nearby that we enjoy exploring on weekends, but water supply can be unpredictable at times. Electricity reliability hasn't been an issue for us, thankfully, which is a relief amidst all this.

Community gatherings bring a wonderful sense of connection among neighbours, and the gym and pool are fantastic for unwinding after a long day. Just wish there were more evening events organized to encourage mingling, that would make it even better!

Amenities here include a gym and pool that are decent, but they often feel overcrowded during peak hours. The proximity to the main road is handy for commuting, especially with the metro gate close by. Unfortunately, maintenance has been lacking lately, which can be frustrating when trying to enjoy these facilities.

Construction quality leaves a lot to be desired. Walls have visible cracks, and the finish feels rushed in several areas. Air circulation is decent, but it's disappointing that the design didn't optimize space better for ventilation. Overall, while there are positives about living here, these fundamental issues really impact daily comfort.

Waking up to the quiet mornings here is such a relief after living in busier areas. The amenities around make daily life really convenient, everything from grocery shops to good schools are just a short walk away. One small complaint would be that during peak hours, it can get a bit noisy outside, but once inside the flat, it's surprisingly peaceful. Banashankari has its perks too, with plenty of auto and cab options available nearby for when we need to head out. Plus, water and electricity supply has been quite reliable since moving in.

Bright mornings are nice, but the flat gets too little air circulation, making it feel stuffy at times. The daily commute from the gate can be a hassle due to traffic during peak hours, which is disappointing given how busy life gets. Banashankari has decent hospitals and clinics nearby, so that's a plus for health emergencies. Water and electricity supply are mostly reliable here, which helps in keeping daily routines smooth.

Recently noticed that the lift has been a bit slow during peak hours, which can be a small inconvenience when rushing to work. Other than that, the upkeep of Hari Nivas is impressive and the daily commute from Banashankari couldn't be more convenient with easy access to main roads and public transport. Overall, it feels like a well managed community where we've settled in comfortably.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Walls here could really use some better finishing, and honestly, the flat doesn't get enough natural light. It feels a bit cramped despite having decent space. I was expecting more in terms of air flow too, it tends to feel stuffy at times. Banashankari has its charms though, with pretty safe streets even late at night which is reassuring. Traffic can be a hassle during peak hours, so plan your outings wisely if you want to avoid frustration.
