Water supply issues have been quite a concern lately, and it's frustrating to deal with inconsistent availability. Additionally, the power backup situation hasn't been reliable, we've had a few instances of outages that made things difficult. The security setup at the gate feels lacking sometimes, and that adds to my unease. Ghooghra has its charms, though. The streets feel relatively safe at night, which is reassuring, and you can see how settled and developed this area has become over time.

Commute from here has been a breeze, with the main road just minutes away and easy access to public transport. The gym and sports area have become my go to spots after work, it's nice to unwind without having to leave the complex. Only downside I've noticed is that the pool can get a bit crowded on weekends, but it's still a pleasant way to relax. Overall, feeling quite content living here in Happy Swarnabhoomi.

Commute from the gate has been quite convenient, with easy access to main roads that make getting to work or running errands much smoother. Maintenance staff responds promptly to any concerns we raise, which gives us peace of mind knowing that our needs are addressed quickly. The only small issue has been occasional delays in resolving some non urgent matters, but overall satisfaction remains high living here.

Steps away from the main road, convenience is right at my doorstep here. Airflow in the flat keeps things feeling fresh throughout the day. Only downside has been occasional construction noise nearby, but that's a small price to pay for such an accessible location.

Lift maintenance has been consistent, which makes moving around the building hassle free. While the construction finish of our flat is quite satisfying and shows good quality, a bit more attention to landscaping could enhance the overall appearance of the property.

Commute from Happy Swarnabhoomi has been quite smooth, making it easy for me to reach work on time. The maintenance team deserves a mention, they are always prompt in addressing issues that come up, which is reassuring. One small drawback is that sometimes the service lifts can get a little busy during peak hours, but overall, I appreciate living here and the community feel it offers.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Walking through the corridors of Happy Swarnabhoomi always feels pleasant, with well kept common areas that reflect a sense of community. The gym is quite nice and rarely overcrowded, while the pool area is perfect for unwinding after a long day. If there's one thing I'd complain about, it would be the occasional maintenance delays in smaller fixtures. Ghooghra has its own charm too, streets feel safe even late at night, which gives peace of mind. Plus, there are a couple of lovely parks nearby where my family enjoys spending weekends outdoors.

Many of the neighbours are friendly and helpful, which creates a nice community feel. Security at the gate is often lacking, I've noticed several times that guards seem distracted or not present during odd hours.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.
