Excellent position, in the centre of two significant projects, My Home Avatar and Legend of Zelda. There is a significant deal of potential for property appreciation in this area. Good quality and facilities from a nice builder.

a sturdy build that is roomy. A gated neighbourhood with all amenities, but most importantly, it only has about 400 flats instead of 2000+.
