Security guards were polite but sometimes slow to respond when I needed help. The place is mostly calm, though occasional noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting. Overall, it’s decent for daily living. Mostly okay

Neighbours are quite friendly and it feels like a closeknit community. Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings but overall no major issues. Water supply was steady when I stayed here. Nice atmosphere

Place is decent, but walls feel a bit thin, so you can hear neighbours sometimes. Shops are not too far, which is convenient for daily needs. Overall, good for small families. Pretty average

The lift is quite fast, so no need to wait much even during peak hours. Common areas are mostly clean, which makes coming home feel nice. Kids seem to enjoy the small play area nearby, so that’s a plus for families. Would be better if they kept the corridors a bit tidier sometimes, but overall it’s comfortable living here.

Really felt safe coming back late at night here, which is a big plus for me. The flat looks solid and well finished, though the lift could be a bit faster sometimes. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Lift was a bit slow during peak time, but overall the flat feels wellbuilt and comfortable. Kids have a small play area which kept my little one happy. Nice place to stay, just wish the elevator was a little faster.
