Security at the gate often feels lacking, especially when compared to similar options in Electronic City. Given the price point of Habulus Tranquil, I expected a more robust setup for peace of mind.

Shops and schools are really close, making life so much easier for my family. The sports area and pool keep us active, which is important with our busy schedules. Only downside is that the gym can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it's manageable.

Noticing how well the maintenance staff responds to any issues gives a sense of comfort, and they're always friendly when we call. Nearby shops and hospitals are convenient, which makes daily life much easier for our family, while schools in the vicinity have been great for our kids' education. One small thing would be that sometimes noise from the main road can get a bit loud during peak hours. As for the locality, it feels quite calm despite being close to major commercial areas. Property values here seem to be on an upward trend, making us feel good about our investment in this home.
