Quiet place overall, good for families with kids since there’s a small play area nearby. Shops are a bit far, so you might need a vehicle for daily needs. Would be nicer if there were more benches around to sit and relax.

Nice peaceful environment and the staff are generally helpful. Balcony is good for morning tea, but sometimes water supply gets a bit irregular. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but overall the community feels nice and peaceful. It’s easy to get to work from here, so that’s a big plus. Would like if they added some more weekend activities though. Good location!

Neighbours are quite friendly and it feels like a small community here, which I really liked. The kids have a decent play area where they spend most of their time, so that’s a big plus for families. The flats are wellbuilt, though I felt the finishing could be a bit better in some corners. Overall, a comfortable place to stay without too much noise or hassle.

Parking is mostly easy to find here, which is a relief in busy evenings. The water supply has been steady during my stay, so no major issues on that front. Kids have a small play area nearby, and my little one enjoys it a lot. Sometimes the power backup takes a few seconds to kick in, but overall it’s manageable. Feels like a comfortable place to live daytoday.

Security guards here are quite helpful and polite, which makes me feel safe coming back late at night. The kids have a nice play area, so my little ones enjoy their time outdoors. Would be better if the lighting around the pathways was a bit brighter though.
