Amenities like the gym and pool often feel neglected, they're not maintained well, which is disappointing. Corridors could use some attention too, as they don't reflect the quality one would expect from GP Constructions.

A strong community spirit among neighbours really makes living in Panjabari feel like home, which is a plus. However, the daily commute from the gate can get frustrating due to heavy traffic during peak hours.

Walking into my flat at GPS Valencia, I immediately noticed the solid construction finish and the quality of materials used. The lifts are well maintained, which is a relief because I've seen some places struggle with that. One small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, however, it hasn't been a major issue for us. Panjabari feels quite accessible too, with auto and cab services always nearby, making commuting easy. The roads around here are in pretty good shape which adds to the convenience of living here.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.
