The area is beautiful, with a river nearby and lots of greenery. Although riverfront road is now being expanded it will be done in phases, and no one is sure when it will be finished. Connecting road is congested and of poor quality. Road connectivity between the township and Kharadi is still a problem.

Godrej Properties is a disappointing builder that charges 20 to 25% more and offers the worst quality. The final product will be completely different from the sample flat. Beware of GPL since they have outsourced everything but payment collection from homebuyers' hard-earned money.

Price is good for the property, hopefully its best to book now itself, because price might go up.
