Really liked the quiet atmosphere here, especially in the evenings when everything feels calm. The corridors and common areas are clean, which makes coming back home after work nice and refreshing. Sometimes the lighting in the lobby could be a bit better, but overall it feels safe even when I return late at night. It’s a comfortable place to live with enough open space around.

Nice place to stay, not too crowded and feels quite peaceful most of the time. Only thing is the elevator can be slow during peak hours, but overall a comfortable experience.

Neighbours are mostly quiet, which I liked, but sometimes the security guards seem a bit too strict without clear reason. Shops and hospitals are not very close, so you need to plan your travel well. Overall, it’s okay for daily living but could be better with some improvements in staff friendliness.

Living here has been mostly good, especially the power backup which works well during evenings. Shops and basic needs are not too far, so it's convenient for daily stuff. Sometimes water supply is a bit irregular, but manageable. Overall, a comfortable place with reasonable pricing for the area. Would recommend if you don’t mind a little wait for water sometimes.

The common areas here are kept quite clean, which makes coming back home nice after a long day. Power backup works well too, so no worries during evening hours. Lift takes quite some time during peak hours, which can be frustrating when you are in a hurry. Otherwise, the place feels decent to live in and the community events bring some good chances to meet neighbours. Rent prices seem a bit on the higher side compared to nearby options, but overall it's okay for the location and facilities offered. I’ve stayed here for a few months and found it mostly comfortable apart from the elevator wait.

Nice place with good open spaces around, feels peaceful in the mornings. The neighbours are friendly, so it’s easy to settle in quickly.
