The amenities are excellent, construction-wise is also good. A cost-effective property. Only now is it a good time to purchase before prices rise.

The builder is excellent; he responds quickly in any situation. On the cheap, the negotiations went well, and we will be moving here very soon.

I visited the project last week with my brother. My cousins have a flats there. And its an amazing project, excellent amenities.
