The common areas are usually clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. It’s close enough to shops, so daily things are easy to get. Would be better if the balconies had some shade during hot afternoons.

Really felt safe coming back late from work, the security is quite good here. Water supply is mostly steady, though sometimes there’s slight pressure drop in the evening. The community feels friendly and it’s nice to see some small events happening now and then. Overall, a comfortable place to stay without much hassle. Would like if they improve the elevator speed a bit.
