Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Noticing the well maintained corridors and common areas really adds to the comfort of my daily routine. The lift is in good condition too, which makes life a lot easier for everyone here. My only concern would be that occasionally the maintenance could respond a bit quicker when issues arise, but overall I feel very satisfied living in this space. Chelavoor has some great schools nearby that my kids attend, so it's convenient for us as parents. Plus, there are lovely parks where we can spend weekends outdoors and unwind as a family.

Recently, the maintenance of the gym and pool facilities has been quite disappointing. I've noticed that the gym equipment is often out of order, which makes it frustrating when trying to stick to a routine. On top of that, there seems to be a lack of cleanliness around the pool area lately. While there are good shops nearby for daily needs and some decent schools like St. Joseph's just down the road, it feels like basic upkeep in our project is getting overlooked. The roads around Chelavoor are mostly okay but could use better attention for potholes and regular cleaning, it's a mixed bag overall when it comes to infrastructure here.

Complaints take forever to be addressed, and common areas aren't kept up as well as they should be. It's frustrating to see the corridors not maintained properly while we pay regular maintenance fees. Chelavoor has decent water and electricity supply most of the time, but there's often noise from nearby roads that can be quite disruptive, especially during peak hours.

Water supply issues are becoming quite frustrating. It's inconsistent, and sometimes I have to wait for hours just to get a decent flow. On top of that, the power backup is not reliable, during storms or peak load times, we can be left without electricity for too long. Commuting isn't as bad since the location has decent connectivity, but those daily challenges with utilities make it hard to fully appreciate living here.

Finding a place so close to the main road and metro gate has made commuting much easier for my family and me. While the amenities are satisfactory, I wish there were a few more options for recreational activities nearby, but overall, Ghazal Elysium offers great value compared to other places in the area.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Commute from here has been a breeze, with the gate providing easy access to major roads. The lift is well maintained, making it hassle free even during peak hours. One small issue I've noticed is that the common areas could use some more frequent upkeep, but overall I really enjoy being part of this community.

Security at the gate always feels reassuring, with staff who know residents by name. The gym is well maintained and never too crowded, making it easy to fit in a workout after a long day. Kids love spending time at the pool area, which is a great way for families to connect on weekends. Just wish the club house had more activities planned for adults, sometimes it feels like there's not enough going on for us.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.
