Parking is mostly okay here, not too crowded in the evenings. The lobby is clean and wellmaintained, which feels nice when coming home after work. Sometimes water supply gets a bit slow but overall it’s fine. Pretty good place.

Neighbours are friendly and kids have a nice place to play safely. Water supply is mostly fine, but power backup could be better during peak hours. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live. Good community vibes

The clubhouse is quite useful for spending time with family and kids, they enjoy the play area a lot. Power backup works fine most of the time, so no big issues there. Would be better if water supply was more consistent though.

Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but overall the flat is wellbuilt and feels comfortable to live in. Daily commute is manageable, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Would prefer if the roads were a little better maintained though.

Really comfortable stay overall, and the water supply was quite steady even during peak hours, which was a relief. The flat’s finishing looks good and feels solid, nothing cheaplooking inside. Parking can get a bit tight sometimes, but I usually find a spot without too much hassle. Would have been better if power backup was a little longer during outages, but manageable as it is.
