Excellent floor plans. Excellent ventilation, no obstructions to natural daylight, a pleasant neighbourhood, and plenty of open space surrounding the apartment buildings Good specification, efficient use of space, and a focus on quality by the builder are all positives.

This project appears luxurious and is reasonably priced. Privacy is preserved, there is adequate ventilation and natural light, and no problems with shared walls. Amazing views from the top thanks to the developer's high-quality construction

The property is inappropriate for this location, and the surrounding neighbourhoods are unsafe. The land is far from all important places. This purchase has not satisfied me.

Such a good project, mainly its a gated community apartment I liked the building plan with the pool placed in between the two blocks.
