Parking is a bit of a headache during peak hours, but otherwise the place feels decent for daily living. Commute to work is manageable, though traffic can get slow sometimes. Overall, okay if you don’t mind small inconveniences.

The flat looks nice but the finishing inside could have been better, some corners felt a bit rough. Neighbours are mostly quiet, which is good for work from home, but traffic outside gets heavy during peak hours. Overall, not bad for daily living.

Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but overall the place feels solid and wellbuilt. The security staff are friendly and helpful, which made me feel safe. Would like if they improved the lift waiting time a little.

The lifts here are usually quick, so no long waiting even during peak hours. The corridors and lobby feel clean and wellmaintained, which makes coming home nice. Would be better if the parking area was a bit more organized though.
