Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.

Shops and hospitals are just a short walk away, making daily life very convenient. Schools nearby offer good education options, which is important for families like ours. The corridors and common areas are well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Only issue I've noticed is occasional noise from construction in the vicinity, but overall my experience has been quite positive here.

Walking into G Square Pavillion, the friendly maintenance staff really stood out during our first week. Any small issues we had were sorted out quickly, which made settling in so much easier. Just one tiny complaint sometimes the common areas could use a little more attention. In terms of locality, there are some nice parks nearby where kids can play, and the schools in the area have good reputations among other parents I've spoken to. Everything we need is close by, making life here pretty comfortable.

Noise levels have been a real issue here, especially during the evenings when families are back from work. The corridors aren't maintained well either, which contributes to an overall feeling of disorder in common areas. While some aspects like the flat layout are decent, it's hard to overlook these ongoing concerns. On a brighter note, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance that make grocery runs convenient. Access to public transport is also good, with buses and metro stations not too far away for those who commute regularly.

Just walking into the flat, you can feel a certain calmness, almost like an oasis in the city. Maintenance staff are quick to address any issues that arise, which brings a lot of peace of mind. The noise levels inside are pleasantly low, it's nice to enjoy quiet moments at home. Only small complaint would be that sometimes during peak hours there's a bit more traffic noise from outside than I'd prefer, but it rarely disturbs daily life.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.
