We purchased an apartment at Foundations Pearl. We are very happy with entire team for their excellent support during our journey of purchase. Wonderful amenities like play area, club house, garden, ample parking space for visitors makes Foundations Pearl a great place to live.

A classic residential complex construction project. Good atmosphere extremely well kept. A little on the pricey side. According to the executive's perspective, the Management and builders did focus on Vaastu and made sure that the unit had adequate ventilation in every section.

The flat is spacious and rooms are clean. It's good for family people. A bit inside but we can manage that.

Good apartment with fulfilling basic Amenities Play Area ,Gym ,Common hall. Main advantage is the area surrounded by lots of shops, hospital, school etc.

I have been here for 1 years and this apartment is very good in this locality, reachable to daily needs like Vegetables, schools, 3 km away from Ed Hospital and 5 km to Manipal Hospital Mysore.
